William Trice passed away April 10, 2014. He was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and his family moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1963, where he graduated from high school and then pursued his undergraduate and legal education at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. After finishing law school, Mr. Trice completed his military service and has practiced law in Little Rock since 1974.
Mr. Trice's primary areas of practice were personal injury litigation, criminal law, family and domestic relations law, administrative law, products liability, civil litigation, and probate litigation. He represented the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners since 1981, the Arkansas State Medical Board since 1989, and the Arkansas State Board of Optometry since 2000. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Trice often represented clients before legislative committees and was active on their behalf during legislative sessions.
